Transform your Yard into a Thriving Ecosystem

For Homeowners…

We’re building our client base across the Denver metro area. No residential space is too large or small—what matters is your willingness to join the regenerative movement, investing in your local ecosystem, community, and educational opportunities.

If you sign up for our basic package, you will be partnered with a regenerative gardener who will use the materials that have been considered yard waste to build new fertility on your property. They will spend four hours per month gardening at your home. You and the gardener will decide how to use the resources available to cycle organic materials into fertile garden beds. These beds can be planted with fruit trees and berry bushes, pollinator plants, and herb or vegetable gardens. The goal is a mix of habitats that support a healthy ecosystem.

This is a different approach to hiring a company to do a full landscape design and paying a fortune to have it implemented. Instead, we will work slowly, methodically, and economically to create the circumstances in which plants and other organisms can thrive. We will plan to have your landscape evolve the way nature intended.

Basic Package

  • 4 Hours of Regenerative Gardening Help per Month

  • Carbon Cycling Plan for your property

  • Basic Landscaping plan for your property

  • Information about ecosystem regeneration

  • Optional Yearly Garden Party

We will set up a regular monthly payment to the Living Systems Institute of $100.00 per month. We will find a gardener to dedicate 4 hours working in your yard for every month that you have subscribed. We have set up this basic package as an educational program to train new gardeners through apprenticeship with the Living Systems Institute and so the $100 per month can be claimed as a tax deductible donation. Cost of plants and materials is additional.

You may also choose to host a garden party with us on your property once per year, inviting your friends and neighbors to experience your new habitat! We will help organize and lead a talk or workshop during the party.

Additional Services

You and the gardener may decide to do a bigger project that cannot be accomplished in the 4 hours per month. For those projects you will need to agree on the cost and timeline and those payments will not be tax deductible.

Grow Food Naturally

For Gardeners…

This cooperative provides training and a business structure for people looking for a career in landscaping and farming using techniques that heal our relationship with nature. If you are already trained in regenerative agriculture or Permaculture, you may be able to join as a gardener member right away. If you have no previous experience, you may take workshops from the Living Systems Institute and apprentice with a gardener member until you are ready to take on your own clients.

Gardener members are co-owners and decision makers in the cooperative. We contribute a percentage of our earnings to the cooperative for administrative costs. We are all responsible for marketing with provided materials, and recruiting our own clients. The cooperative structure provides liability insurance, branding, accounting, and marketing materials so you can focus on your clients and gardens!

There is abundant opportunity to take on new clients, offer additional services, and grow food to sell. This will start as a part-time gig but could grow to full-time employment if you put in the effort. Working in a cooperative means you have access to community resources like tools, seeds, greenhouses, and the knowledge and experience of your fellow members. This cooperative has unlimited potential, all we need are motivated members to take it to the next level!

Learn more about how the Cooperative will work in our blog post An Organization to Carry Us into the Future.
